Shipping Information

We currently ship wine to the following states:

AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, ND,OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.

GSO may be used for California, Arizona (Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff), Nevada (Reno, Las Vegas), New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Utah (Salt Lake City).

UPS Shipping to all other areas.

If you are in a GSO serviceable area and would like UPS instead, please send us your request.

Problem with your order?

We want you to be happy with every aspect of your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us so we have the opportunity to make you happy. 

Cancelations and Returns

Please note, there is a 3.5% fee on all cancelations and returns.

Wine Damaged in Shipping

It is unusual to receive a damaged wine from us. However, in the event that you do experience a problem, please let us know! We can replace your wine or reimburse you. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged shipment.

Incorrect or Missing Wine

If we’ve made a packing mistake, we would like to resolve it. If we shipped you incorrect items, please contact us. If you find that items are missing from your order, we are happy to help you replace your missing items.

Reshipping and How it Works

When an order is returned to our winey after several delivery attempts have been made at the address provided by the customer, we are always happy to reship the order. Please contact us and we will assist you with the reshipment. Please note, there is a 3.5% fee on all cancelations and returns.

Substitutions on Vintages

On rare occasions, a chosen vintage of a wine may sell out or be replaced by a new release after your order is placed. We will not hold up an order and will simply automatically substitute the wine with the comparable vintage. Please be assured that we will only substitute with a vintage for the same varietal.
